CLD3 Counseling provides domestic violence, mental health, and substance treatment services.  In addition to our treatment services, we offer the following programming: 

Prime For Life, Cognitive Courses (Anger Management, Theft Class, Thinking Errors/Thinking For A Change), Parenting, Seeking Safety,  Drug Testing, and Medication Evaluation and Management Referral.  Whether you are seeking a new therapist to help with trauma or addiction; have recently been court ordered to complete an evaluation and services; seeking referral for medication evaluation and management, in addition to therapy; involved in a custodial situation, or any other mental health, domestic violence, substance related issue; we offer services to assist you.

CLD3 Counseling is licensed through the State of Utah's Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Office of LIcensing to provide court-ordered outpatient mental health, domestic violence, and substance treatment.  We are also licensed to provide Prime For Life, Cognitive, Theft, Seeking Safety, and Parenting classes.  Not court ordered?  We offer a range of services for all clients.

CLD3 Counseling is a National Health Services Corp (NHSC) provider site. We accept Medicaid, Crime Victim Reparations (CVR), Vocational Rehabilitation, and most private insurance.  CLD3 Counseling is a Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) contract provider, working with Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS) and Division of Juvenile Justice Services (DJJS).  We accept online payment, offering an autopay (prompt payment) discount. 

CLD3 Counseling offers a sliding fee scale based on family size and income.  Please inquire for more information.

No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay or payor source (Medicare, Medicaid, and Children's Health Insurance Program-CHIP).
